Each of these surveys either give you a random amount of cash, or a random amount of tickets (1-100) that go toward a weekly lottery worth 250$. You can also write your own surveys, one every 6 hours, to gain an extra 100 tickets towards the weekly lottery. I am not sure the max amount of money you can instantly win but the highest I've got from a single survey so far is 10$ (which is pretty great considering it's only 3 questions long, and can be done multiple times a day).
