Each survey taken by a member of a GPT website earns them money, they then send some of that money down to you. You also get points for each survey and from referrals, points can be used to get giftcards, electronics, and other stuff. The referral system is 20/10% which means you get a 20% bonus of whatever your referrals make, plus 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Once you get some referrals you can eventually earn 30/20%!!!
